General Liability Insurance Services – Non-Contractual Civil Liability Insurance Service Of The Alcalá De Guadaíra City Council (C-2026/056). Although The Insurance Of The Non-Contractual Liability Of Public Administrations Is Not Legally Mandatory, It Is Advisable To Proceed With Its Contract Since The Signing Of The Corresponding Policy Guarantees Facing The Economic Consequences That, In Accordance With The Legal System In Force, During The Entire Period Of The Contract May Correspond To The Corporation, As A Legal Entity Under Public Law, In The Exercise Of Its Powers, Directly, Indirectly Or Jointly, For Material Damage, Bodily Injury, And Consequent Economic Losses Caused Involuntarily To Third Parties. Traditionally, The Technical Specifications Of This Contract Have Included, In A Complementary Manner, The Insurance Of Civil/Property Liability, Of A Professional Or Employer Nature. Previously, This Contract Was Tendered Under Expte. No. 946/2022, Ref. C-2022/029. The Contract Was Formalized On October 10, 2022. Its Termination, Once Extended For Its Maximum Established Duration, Will Occur On October 10, 2026. In This Sense, It Is Necessary To Tender This Contract Again To Maintain Insurance Coverage For The Risks Established In The Technical Specifications. Reference Must Be Made To The Fact That The Data On The Accidents Produced During The Execution Of The Contract In Force, Up To The Present Date, Are The Following: A) Reserves Of €288,445.91 (Equivalent To The Payment Forecast By The Current Insurance Entity For The 4 Years Of The Contract, Without Counting What Has Already Been Paid); And B) Payments Amounting To €14,207.69; Which Results In A Total Loss Ratio Of €302,653.60 (Reserves + Payments).
