The System Must Culture At Least Four Microtiter Plates Unattended (37 °C, 5% Co2, Humidity), Transport Them Automatically And Image Them Repeatedly In Spinning Disk Confocal And Wide-Field Fluorescence Mode As Well As Label-Free In Bright Field. The Scope Of Delivery Includes Lenses From 4× To 60× Water Immersion, A Reproducible Autofocus, An Injector Unit For Time-Controlled Substance Addition And Software For Automated Image Processing And Quantitative Analysis. Funding Comes From Public Research Funds.
