Traffic Control Services – Traffic Counts And Parking Surveys. This Contract Is Concluded For An Initial Period Whose Duration Begins On Its Notification Date And Ends After 12 Months. This Contract Is Renewable Three Times. The Maximum Duration Of The Framework Agreement, Including Renewal(S), May Not Exceed 48 Months From Its Conclusion Date. The Services Will Be Remunerated By Applying Unit Prices To The Quantities Actually Executed/Delivered. All Of The Services Provided For In The Contract Are The Subject Of A Framework Agreement Giving Rise To The Issuance Of Single-Award Purchase Orders, Placed In Application Of Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 To R2162-6, R2162-13 And R2162-14 Of The Public Procurement Code. These Services Will Be Carried Out As Purchase Orders Are Issued By The Public Buyer And Will Be Paid According To The Unit Prices In The Unit Price Schedule, Based On The Quantities Actually Executed. In Application Of Article R2162-4-2° Of The Same Code, It Is Concluded With An Economic Operator, Without A Minimum Amount And With A Maximum Amount In Value. The Order Thresholds For Each Market Period Are €100,000 Excluding Tax.
