Cleaning Services – Framework Arrangement For Cleaning And Housekeeping Services. The Higher Education Community In Tampere Consists Of The University Of Tampere (Tamperee University Of Applied Sciences Sr, Tau) And Tampere University Of Applied Sciences (Tampereen University Of Applied Sciences Oy, Tamk). Facilities And Real Estate Services Provides A Service For The Entire Higher Education Community And Is Responsible For Facilities And Real Estate As Well As Related Services On All Campuses Of The Higher Education Community. The Object Of The Procurement Is The Framework Arrangement For Cleaning And Cleanliness Of Space And Real Estate Services (Purchasing Unit). Services To Be Procured Include Cleaning And Sanitation Services, Services Related To The Organization And Quality Control Of Sanitation, And Campus Sanitation Development Services. The Framework Arrangement Determines The Procedure For Tendering And Does Not Lead Directly To An Order. The Actual Procurements Are Made In Mini Tenders In Accordance With The Terms And Procurement Limits Of The Framework Arrangement. Based On The Request For Tenders, A Maximum Of Five (5) Framework Contract Suppliers Will Be Selected For The Framework Arrangement. The Estimated Maximum Value Of The Framework Arrangement Is Eur 8,500,000 (Vat 0%). The Anticipated Value Of The Procurement And The Procurements To Be Made Will Be Emphasized At The End Of The Framework Contract Period. The Framework Contract Period Is Four (4) Years, And The Estimated Start Date Of The Contract Period Is January 1, 2027. A Framework Agreement Is Created When Both Parties Have Signed The Framework Agreement. Contracts For Individual Service Procurements Can Be Shorter Or Longer Than The Framework Contract Period. At The Time Of Publication Of The Request For Tenders, The Procurement Unit Anticipates That A Mini-Competition Will Be Held For Nekalan Norss Sanitation Services During 2027. Campus Sites Will Possibly Be Tendered During 2028 To Start In 2029. The Contract Terms And Procurement Are Described In More Detail In The Framework Agreement Draft Appendix To The Request For Tenders.
