Mass Spectrometer – Delivery Of A Specialized Laboratory Device Using The Icp-Ms Mass Spectrometry Technique. 1. Subject Of The Order. 1.1. As Part Of The Execution Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To Sell, Deliver, Install At The Ordering Partys And, After The Contractor Has Completed The Necessary Installation Works, Commission To The Ordering Party For Remuneration (Delivery) A Mass Spectrometer With Inductively Excited Plasma, Hereinafter Referred To As The Subject Of The Order. 1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex 1 To The Specification. 1.3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Deliver, Install And Launch The Subject Of The Order At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, 2) Install The Subject Of The Order At The Place Of Destination In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Guidelines, And Notify The Ordering Party Of The Completion Of All Necessary Installation Works To The Extent Enabling The Ordering Party To Launch The Device, 3) Launch The Subject Of The Order After The Contractor Has Completed The Necessary Installation Works, 4) Conduct Training In The Use Of Hardware, Software And Maintenance Of The Subject Of The Contract At The Ordering Partys Premises, Confirmed By Issuing Certificate, Within The Deadline Agreed With The Ordering Party, No Later Than 14 Days From The Date Of Installation Of The Subject Of The Order, But No Later Than The Deadline Specified In Part Vi Of The Specification. 2. Delivery Terms. 2.1. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver, Install And Launch The Subject Of The Order Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party, But No Later Than The Date Specified In Part Vi Of The Specification. 2.2. In Order To Agree On The Delivery Date, The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party Of The Readiness To Complete The Subject Of The Order By Phone Or E-Mail, No Later Than 14 Days Before The Date Specified In Part Vi Of The Specification. 2.3. Place Of Delivery - Leakage Disposal Department, Building E, Room Of The Salt Mine Laboratory Wieliczka S.A., 32 - 020 Wieliczka, Park Kingi 1. 2.4. Delivery Hours Are Set On Business Days From Monday To Friday From 7:00 A.M. To 1:00 P.M. 2.5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At Its Own Expense And On Its Own. 2.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Install And Launch The Subject Of The Order In The Laboratory Room In Building E. 2.7. With The Delivery, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide: 1) Warranty Document, 2) Proof Of External Issue (Wz), 3) Ce Declaration Of Conformity, 4) Iso 9001 Quality Certificates For The Manufacturer And Contractor, 5) Manufacturers Application Note Regarding Water Determination According To Iso 17294-2, 6) Full Technical Documentation Of The Device In Polish, In Printed Form (Bound To Prevent Destruction) And On An Electronic Medium In *.Pdf Or *.Doc Format. Technical Documentation Should Include, Among Others: Instructions For Operation, Operation, Maintenance, Diagnostics And Procedures In Emergency Situations, As Well As Drawings Of The Device And Operating Diagrams. 3.
