Bids Are invited for Custom Bid For Services - Two Year Annual Rate Contract For Servicing And Repair Of Roller Supports In The Above Ground Section Of 24 Inch Htpl Pipeline On Thane Creek Bridge 1 Old Vashi Bridge - Servicing Of 3 Roller Type Systemservicing Of 3 Roller Type System Support On Old Vashi Bridge Which Involves Servicing Of One Type I (Big) Roller And Two Type Ii (Small) Rollers As Follows(A) Simultaneously & Uniformly Lifting Of Pipeline With The Help Of Two Jacks Of Minimum 5Ton Load Capacity, Structural Steel, Wooden Sleepers, Etc. On Either Side Of The Support Location, Rotating The Rollers (One Type I (Big) And Two Type Ii (Small)) The Clockwise & Anti-Clockwise Direction For The Free (Without Resistance) Movement. (B) Locating The Opening For Lubrication Of The Bearing / Bushing Assembly On Both The Ends Of The Rollers, Cleaning With Solvent, Lubricating Both The Bearing / Bushing Of A Roller With Approved Make Grease Or Oil As Recommended By Oem.(C) Touch-Up Painting Of Pipeline And Roller Support Metal Parts As Per Sow Specification If Painting Found Damaged Uniformly Removing The Jacks From Both The Sides Of The Support Location And Allowing The Weight Of The Pipeline To Be Taken By The Serviced Rollers. (D) Alignment In All Respect & Locking Of Rollers To The Centre Position Of Shaft, Etc. Including Supply Of Gi Coated Bolts & Nuts, And Oil Seals (Plastic).(E) Submission Of Maintenance And Servicing Report After Completion Of Servicing As Per Sow Annexures(F) If Any Bearing / Bushing During Roller Servicing Found In Nonworking Condition, Then Contractor Will Replace The Bushing As Per Sor No. 50 And Bearing As Per Sor No. 601 Set In Quantity Indicates Servicing Of 1 Nos Of 3 Roller Support I.E.
