Nb[2]: Special Condition For Rolling Stock- A) All Excluded Fittings Including Wheel Sets And Bogie, If Any, Are To Be Handed Over By The Purchaser At Kgp/Ws Location For Which The Purchaser Have To Arrange Labour/Tools/ Equipment For Loading Of The Excluded Fittings From Cutting Site And Then Transport It To Kgp/Ws By Their Own Arrangement/Vehicle. And The Purchaser Will Be Solely Responsible Of Any Loss Applied (Railway Employee Or Any Other Person) Caused Due To Any Activities Involved While Dismantling /Cutting, Of The Coaches, Transportation Loading And Unloading Of All Excluded Fittings Of The Coaches .
