Workstations – Delivery Of Computer Equipment For The Project Entitled R&D Work On The Creation Of A Digital Assistant For The Design Of Bridge Structures With Algorithmization Of Tasks And Advanced Recommendation Tools Carried Out At The Faculty Of Civil And Environmental Engineering Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology.. 1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of 3 Desktop Computers, 3 Monitors And 2 Portable Computers For The Faculty Of Civil And Environmental Engineering Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology. 2. The Offer Must Be Clear And Comprehensive, I.E. Cover The Entire Subject Of The Contract For Which The Contractor Is Applying. The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet All The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In The Tor. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Clearly Specify The Offered Computer Equipment In The Material And Price Form, Prepared According To The Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Characterizing It By Indicating The Manufacturer And Model Or Type/Series Or Other Data Enabling Clear Identification Of The Offered Subject Of The Order. The Material And Price Form Constitutes The Content Of The Offer And Cannot Be Supplemented. 4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In This Swz And In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. 6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Service Offered, Including All Ict Products, Ict Services And Ict Processes Used To Complete The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Service Provision Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: A) Ict Products, Ict Services Or Ict Processes Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Article 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018. On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; B) Ict Product Whose Type Was Specified In The Decision To Recognize The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier Referred To In Article 67B(1) 15 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018. On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision. Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Results In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law. 7. In The Proceedings In Question, The Ordering Party Did Not Divide The Order Into Parts And Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. 8. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Warranty For The Offered Subject Of The Order For A Period Of At Least 24 Months, Counted From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations. The Contractor Shall Submit An Appropriate Declaration In This Regard In The Content. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Extend The Warranty Period For The Offered Subject Of The Order To The Warranty Period Declared In The Offer. 9. Required Deadline For Completing The Subject Of The Order: Up To 28 Calendar Days Counted From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol Without Any Reservations. 10. The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Submit The Relevant Evidence Together With The Offer, I.E. Technical Documentation Confirming That The Offered Supplies Meet The Requirements Specified In
