Tenders are invited for Renovation of DMO Quarters at DH Bulathsinghala. Non-Refundable Fee (Rs.): 1000/- Refundable Bid Security/Cash Deposit (Rs.): 77,000/- Pre-Bid Meeting Date: 22.10.2026 @ 10.30 a.m. @ Divisional Engineers office Horana 6. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written request to the Relevant Office (as in Column 10 of the table) of the Western Provincial Council upon payment of non-refundable fee from 9.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs on any working day from 15.10.2026 to 29.10.2026. 7. The sealed bids shall be delivered in duplicate with separate envelopes, project name written at the top left-hand corner and addressed to the place of submission on or before 30.10.2026 at 10.30 a.m. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of bidders or bidders representatives who choose to attend. Late bids will be rejected. 8. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security or cash deposit (as in Column No. 8 of the table). Acceptable Bid Security details and Bid validity period are as per the Bidding Document. 9. Bidder shall have been registered under the Public Contracts No. 03 of 1987 and the Certificate of Registration or payment receipt shall be submitted along with the bid (as in Column No. 05 of the table). 10.
