Contracting, Supply And Maintenance Of An Hr Management Computer System.The Object Of The Contract Is The Implementation And Maintenance In Saas Mode Of The It System For The Management Of Human Resources And Attendance Control Of The Canet De Mar Town Hall. It Will Have To Include: 1) Data Migration Service From The Previous System. 2) Acquisition And Installation Of Attendance Control Devices. 3) Implementation Of The New System: Configuration, Training, Start-Up Support. 4) Maintenance And Update Of The Saas. 5) Support For Users Once The System Is Launched. It Will Include: Integral Management Of Human Resources, Payroll, Management Of The Template And The List Of Workplaces, Hiring, Implementation Of The Employee Portal With Time Control And Permits And Licenses Of The Staff At The City Council Of Canet De Mar. The Contractual Relationship Will Be Right To Use The Software, That Is, A Supply With Rental Or Payment Modality Use, Dimensioned To The Users Who Will Have To Manage The Platform (3 People) And The Volume Of Town Hall Workers (Around 220 Workers). With Regard To Attendance Control, It Will Be Necessary To Have Devices Installed In 5 Locations, Which House The Majority Of The Workers. There Are 14 More Headquarters That Have Between 1 And 10 Workers Per Headquarters. Human Resources Users Will Access The Application To Interact With The Service Through A Web Environment.
