The Municipality Of Saint-Étienne-De-Boulogne Is Launching A Public Service Delegation In The Form Of Leasing For The Operation Of Its Municipal Inn “Larbre À Pain”. The Operation Mainly Includes A Restaurant And Café-Bar Activity, As Well As Additional Activities Authorized By The Agreement. The Municipality Provides The Farmer With The Premises, Equipment And Materials Assigned To The Operation As Well As The License Iv Which It Holds, Under The Conditions Provided For By The Leasing Agreement. The Duration Of The Agreement Is Set At 4 Years, With A Planned Start Of Operation On February 1, 2027. The Fee Is Set At €450 Excluding Vat Per Month. Candidates Are Invited To Present A Viable Operating Project, Adapted To The Territory And The Vocation Of The Inn, Specifying In Particular Their Restaurant And Café-Bar Project, Their Organization, Their Schedules, Their Economic Model And Their Place In Local Life.
