1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Expansion Of Municipal Road No. 031410C - Ul. Wincentego Witos In Świecie, On The Section From Ul. Wodna To Ul. Home Army.2.The Road In Question Is A Public Road, Category: Municipal Road, Class: L. 3. The Project Will Include, Among Others: On:• Construction Of An Overlay On The Road;• Construction Of A New Road Structure After Sanitary Works;• Construction Of A One-Sided Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles;• Reconstruction Of The Road For Pedestrians;• Reconstruction And Construction Of Exits;• Installation Of Small Architecture Elements;• Construction Of Horizontal And Vertical Markings;• Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System In Ul. Witosa; • Construction Of A Sanitary Sewage System. The Length Of The Section Covered By The Expansion Is 321.00 M.4.As Part Of The Task, The Contractor Is Also Obliged To: • Provide Surveying Services During The Works, Including: Geodetic Marking Out And Carrying Out An As-Built Inventory;• Preparing A Temporary Traffic Organization Project, Introducing And Maintaining Temporary Construction Markings In Accordance With The Temporary Traffic Organization Project Approved By The Contractor;• Verifying Discrepancies In The Route Of Underground Infrastructure Between The Design Documentation And The Currently Available Recording Resources, As Well As Performing Test And Control Excavations In Order To Identify Possible Differences Between The Infrastructure Included In The Design Documentation And The Resources Records And Its Actual Status In The Field; • Organization And Coordination Of Works In Such A Way As To Enable Representatives Of The Water Supply And Sewerage Plant (Zwik) To Carry Out The Reconstruction Of The Water Pipeline Within A Given Investment (Designed Scope, Work Schedule And Other Details Currently Available At The Zwik Headquarters, And In The Near Future On The Zwik Purchasing Platform). The Contractor Will Provide Access To The Work Site, In Particular By Appropriately Preparing The Area, Securing It And Removing Any Obstacles Preventing Zwik From Carrying Out The Works. The Contractor Is Obliged To Cooperate With Zwik Representatives In The Organization And Implementation Of The Above Works. The Above Activities Should Be Included In The Work Implementation Schedule. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party For Enabling The Performance Of The Works Referred To Above By Zwik, In Particular Regarding The Extension Of The Contract Implementation Deadline Or Additional Remuneration, Provided That The Need To Perform Them Was Provided For In The Procedure Documentation; • Updating On Behalf Of The Investor All Arrangements (The Validity Of Which Has Expired) With Institutions, Public Administration Bodies And Operators Of Underground And Above-Ground Networks.
