The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Consisting In Improving The Energy Efficiency Of The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Czerwin At Ul. Szkolna, Including The Thermal Modernization Of The Facility Along With Accompanying Works, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Energy Audit, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: Reconstruction, Extension And Superstructure Of The Building In Accordance With The Design Documentation, While Maintaining Fire Protection Conditions. For The Building,  Insulation Of The Buildings External Walls, Including External Walls, Ceiling And Roof,  Replacement Of Window Frames And Installation Of New Windows And Display Windows,  Replacement Of External Doors,  Modernization Of The Hot Water Installation By Replacing Electric Water Heaters (In Existing Locations),  Performance Of Façade Works Together With Finishing Elements,  Replacement Of The Roof Covering Along With Sheet Metal Works And Gutters,  Execution Of The Necessary Construction Works And Installation Of Roof Security Elements, Installation Of A Lift For The Disabled With Adaptation Of The Entrance To The Building. The Detailed Scope Of Works Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Bills Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works Constituting Annexes To The Swz.
