1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Renovation Of Dunajecka Street In Jarocin (On The Section From Ul. Dnieprowa To Ul. Lutyńska) Located On Plots No. 591 And 535/3, Bogusław - Ługi District, Jarocin Registration Unit. The Works Will Be Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled Renovation Of Dunajecka Street In Jarocin On The Section From Dnieprowa Street To Lutyńska Street. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of All Construction Works Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment In Accordance With The Design Documentation, In Particular: A) Measurement Works B) Demolition Works, Including: • Demolition Of Curbs And Concrete Edges, • Demolition Of Exits And Sidewalk, • Demolition Of Concrete Sewage, • Demolition And Profiling Milling Bituminous Surfaces,• Demolition Of The Surface Of Parking Bays.C) Execution Of Earthworks,D) Execution Of Profiling And Construction Of The Foundation For The Road And Exits,E) Installation Of Curbs, Stops And Concrete Edges,F) Execution Of The Surface:• Cleaning And Sprinkling The Binding Layer With Asphalt Emulsion• Execution Of The Wearing Course, Taking Into Account Leveling• Carrying Out Partial Renovations Using Bituminous Mass,G) Works Paving:• Setting Concrete Curbs And Edges On A Concrete Footing• Height Adjustment Of Existing Concrete Curbs And Edges Along With Dismantling And Constructing A New Concrete Footingh) Construction Of A Curb Draini) Height Adjustment Of Existing Pavements Made Of Concrete Blocks Or Concrete Blocks Adjacent To The Renovated Surface (Sidewalks And Exits)J) Height Adjustment Of Technical Infrastructure Devices, In Particular:• Sewage Manholes Sanitary Facilities, • Covers Of Telecommunications Wells, • Water Supply Fittings. K) Execution Of Vertical And Horizontal Markings In Accordance With The Approved Traffic Organization, L) Topsoiling Of The Adjacent Area Along With Sowing Grass, Ł) Carrying Out All Finishing And Cleaning Works Necessary To Put The Investment Into Use. The Material Scope Of The Investment Includes In Particular The Execution Of: • Renovation Of A Class D Municipal Road With A Width Of 4.30-4.50 M (Variable), • Drainage Surface Drainage To The Existing Storm Sewage System In The Form Of Curbside Sewage, • Renovation Or Height Regulation Of Parking Bays, Entrances To The Property And Sidewalks Adjacent To The Renovated Surface, • Height Regulation Of Technical Infrastructure, • Topsoiling Of The Adjacent Area And Sowing With Grass. Drainage Of The Designed Road Should Be Done By Installing A Curbside Drain In Accordance With The Design Documentation. The Order Also Includes The Execution Of All Accompanying Works Resulting From The Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works And Applicable Legal Provisions.
