The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities At The General And Technical School Complex In Żary, At Ul. Zielonogórska 23. The Facility Where The Works Will Be Carried Out Is An Active School Facility And Is Constantly Used By School Children, Teaching Staff And Sports Clubs Using The Gymnasium. The Facilities Also Serve As A Link Between The School Building And The Classroom. The Aim Of The Project Is To Improve The Technical Condition, Functionality And Sanitary Standard Of The Sports Infrastructure And To Ensure Safe And Comfortable Conditions For Use Of The Facility By Students And Teachers. The Works Will Include, Among Others: Demolition And Construction Works, New Floor Layers, Replacement Of Door Joinery And Widening Of Openings, Modernization Of Sanitary Installations, Central Heating And Electrical Installations, Application Of New Plasters, Wall Cladding And Paint Coatings, And Installation Of Suspended Ceilings. The Investment Also Includes The Modernization Of The Ventilation System, Including Improvement Of Gravity Ventilation And Mechanical Ventilation, As Well As The Use Of Energy-Saving Led Luminaires With Automatic Control Based On Motion And Presence Sensors, Which Will Contribute To Reducing Energy Consumption. An Important Element Of The Task Will Be Improving The Accessibility Of Infrastructure For People With Various Types Of Disabilities And Eliminating Architectural Barriers. Planned, Among Others: Solutions Without Thresholds Or With Thresholds Up To 20 Mm High, Widening Door Passages, Using Doors Of Appropriate Width In The Passage And Anti-Slip Floor Coverings In Sanitary Rooms. The Implementation Of The Project Will Allow For The Creation Of Modern, Safe, Functional And Accessible Sports Facilities, Meeting Current Technical, Sanitary, Safety And Accessibility Standards, And Thus Will Improve The Conditions For Conducting Physical Education Classes And Students Sports Activities.
