Subject Matter Of The Order:1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Manual Cleaning Services Of Selected Sidewalks And Roadways Of Municipal Roads In The City Of Świdnica, Where Parking Rights Are Partially Permitted.2) The Scope Of The Order Includes:A) Task A - Cleaning Of Sidewalks And Roadways In The Market Square And The Central Zone Of The City;B) Task B - Cleaning Of Sidewalks And Roadways In The City Center And Peripheral Zones.3) Location: Sidewalks And Roadways Of Municipal Roads In The City Of Świdnica, Specified In Annex No. 11 To The Swz.4) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 10 To The Swz.5) The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 9 To The Swz.6) Common Procurement Vocabulary Cpv:90.61.00.00-6 Street Cleaning And Sweeping Services.7) The Documents Listed Above Are Available On The Ordering Partys Website Https://Platformazakupowa.Pl.8) The Contractor Will Provide Services With The Utmost Care, Efficiency And Diligence, In Accordance With The Best Professional Practices And Experience, As Well As In Accordance With The Provisions Of Applicable Law.
