The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Comprehensive Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Task Called: Expansion Of The District Road Dp 1062S On The Section From The Intersection Of Ul. Częstochowska And Ul. Słoneczna In The Town Of Nowa Wieś To The Intersection With Ul. Gwiazdacka And Ul. Handlowa In The Town Of Poczesna, Poczesna Commune, Length: 1.4 Km, Together With Obtaining A Construction Permit Or Notification Of Works For The Needs Of The District Road Administration In Częstochowa In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 1. The Subject Of The Order Includes: − Preparation Of A Map For Design Purposes Necessary To Prepare Documentation. With The Necessary Arrangements. − Preparation Of Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Which Should Be Understood As Studies Containing, In Particular, Sets Of Requirements Necessary To Determine The Standard And Quality Of The Work, In Terms Of The Method Of Performing Construction Works, The Properties Of Construction Products And The Assessment Of The Correctness Of The Execution Of Individual Works. A List Of The Number Of Units Of Measurement Of Basic Works And An Indication Of The Basis For Determining Unit Prices Of Works Or Unit Material Outlays. − Preparation Of An Investor Cost Estimate. − Preparation Of Information On Health And Safety (Bioz). − Preparation Of A Project For Temporary Traffic Organization. − Preparation Of A Project For Permanent Traffic Organization. − Obtaining A Construction Permit Or Notification Of Works (Together With All Necessary Opinions, Arrangements And Decisions, Or A Water Permit). − The Above Elements Of The Documentation Are Specified In The Description Of Technical Guidelines For The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 Swz), Which Should Be Submitted With The Offer Form.
