4.1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Network Monitoring Devices And Software, Along With Implementation And Training As Part Of The Cybersecure Waterworks Project 4.2.The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Delivery Of: A. Server With Software And Additional Equipment - 1 Piece; B.Server For Making Backup Copies - 1 Pc.; C.Siem Software - 1 Set; D.Managed Network Device - 1 Pc.;E.Edr-Type Software - 10 Pcs.; F.Ups Devices - 1 Pc;G.Power Generator - 1 Pc.; H.Next Gen Firewall - 1 Pc;I.Next Gen Firewall For Ot - 5 Pcs.Ids System For Ot - 1 Setups For Ot - 5 Pcs.; L.Nas Server For It - 1 Pc.; M.Managed Network Device For Ot - 5 Pcs.; 2) Comprehensive Implementation Of All Hardware And Software Solutions In Accordance With Sopz. 3) Remote Training For The Ordering Partys Administrators On The Configuration And Administration Of The Ids System And The Backup System, As Well As Instruction On The Operation Of Other Implemented Solutions, In Accordance With Sopz. Moreover: • All Delivered Devices Must Be Brand New, Unused, Unregenerated, Complete, Free From Any Physical And Legal Defects, Technically Functional, And Come From The Official Distribution Channel. • All Supplied Devices Must Be Manufactured No Earlier Than January 1, 2026 (Except For The Backup Server, Which May Be Manufactured In 2025). • The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide All Necessary Power And Connection Cables And Accessories Required For The Proper Launch And Operation Of The Infrastructure. • The Supplied Software And Technical Documentation Must Be In Polish Or English. The Administrative Interface Of The Systems Should Enable Changing The Language To Polish. • The Contractor Will Provide Administrators With Instructions On How To Use The Supplied Hardware And Software. • All Installation And Implementation Works Must Be Completed Within The Time Agreed With The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Implement It Remotely. The Ordering Party Will Allow Stationary Implementation If It Is Necessary For The Proper Implementation Of The Given Equipment, System Or Software. • Installation Works Will Be Performed At The Ordering Partys Headquarters. • The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out The Work In A Way That Minimizes Interruptions In The Availability Of The Ordering Partys It Systems. 4.3.The Detailed Scope Of Work Is Specified In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Also Referred To As: Sopz) - Appendix No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Agreement - Appendix No. 2 To The Swz.4.4.Compliance Of The Project With The Principle Of Dnsh And Sustainable Development: 4.4.1.At Each Stage Of The Order Execution, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Compliance Of The Delivered Deliveries With The Principles Of Sustainable Development, In Accordance With The Un Sustainable Development Goals, The Goals Of The Paris Agreement Adopted Under The United Nations Framework Convention On Climate Change And The Principle Of Do No Significant Har
