A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Covered By Part I Of The Contract Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Terms Of Reference (Swz).3. The Descriptions In Annex No. 3 To The Swz Contain Minimum Requirements For The Products Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, Which Means That The Contractor May Offer The Subject Of The Contract With Better Technical Or Operational Parameters.4 Technical References, Solutions Equivalent To Those Described Are Allowed And The Words Or Equivalent Apply.5.The Products Covered By The Subject Of The Order Will Be Delivered On The Ordering Partys Working Days, Between 7:00 A.M. And 3:00 P.M., By The Contractors Own Efforts And At The Contractors Expense And Risk, In Factory Packaging, Non-Returnable To The Premises Indicated By The Ordering Party.6.The Delivered Products Covered By The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unused, Complete, Technically Efficient, Together With The Required Controllers, Approved For Trading And Use, In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In Swz.7.The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order In Accordance With The Principles Of Modern Knowledge And Applicable Regulations, Including Respect For Occupational Health And Safety Principles.
