The Order Includes The Development Of Complete Design And Cost Estimate Documentation For The Adaptation Of Rooms In The Building Of Primary School No. 2 In Strzyżów To The Technical Conditions Of The Place Where U-1 Was Hidden, Together With The Necessary Accompanying Infrastructure And Land Development On Plot No. 813/2, Precinct 0001 Strzyżów In Based On The Prepared Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) The Scope Of The Study Includes: - Technical Expertise, - Construction Inventories, - Geological Documentation, - Architectural And Construction Design, - Technical Design, - Land Development Design, - Structural Design, - Investors Cost Estimate And Bills Of Quantities, - Stwiorb, - Fire Scenario, - Map For Design Purposes, - All Required Arrangements, Opinions And Conditions Technical. The Documentation Must Be Complete From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Serves - I.E. Enable Obtaining A Notification Or Building Permit And The Implementation Of The Investment, Developed In A Way That Ensures Full Compliance Of Design Solutions With Applicable Laws, Norms, Guidelines, Standards And Recommendations Of The Competent Authorities And Institutions In The Field Of Design, Construction, Equipment And Operation Of The U-1 Shelter, In Particular In The Field Of Civil Protection And Civil Defense. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Obtain On Its Own The Necessary Documents To Develop The Subject Of The Order (Conditions Technical Arrangements, Opinions, Consents, Resolutions, Declarations, Etc.), In Addition, The Contractor Of The Task Will Be Obliged To Provide Assistance To The Ordering Party At The Stage Of The Tender Procedure For The Award Of A Public Contract For The Selection Of A Contractor For Construction Works, Among Others: In Terms Of Preparing Responses To Possible Inquiries From Contractors Regarding The Construction Design And Cost Estimate Items. Based On The Documentation Prepared, The Ordering Party Will Apply For A Building Permit To The Competent Architectural And Construction Administration Authority. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Explanations And Make Any Corrections And Additions To The Submitted Documentation During The Administrative Proceedings.
