Requirements For The Mineral-Asphalt Mixture: A) Ready For Use Without The Need For Heating, B) Can Be Incorporated Into The Upper Structural Layer Of The Surface All Year Round, C) Possibility Of Vehicle Traffic Immediately After Repair, D) Resistance To Water And High Adhesion To The Surface, E) No Requirement To Use Asphalt Emulsion Before Laying, F) Possibility Of Manual Or Mechanical Compaction, G) Made Of Crushed Aggregate With A Grain Size Of 0-8 Mm, H) Content Of Liquefied Asphalt,I) Binder Content In The Mixture Should Be 4.5 - 5.5%,J) Binder Adhesion Of At Least 90%,K) Can Be Used At Temperatures -20° To +40° C,L) Possibility Of Storing The Mixture (Shelf Life) For A Minimum Of 6 Months From The Date Of Delivery,M) Should Have: National Technical Assessment Confirming A Positive Assessment Of The Performance Properties Of The Construction Product For The Intended Use, Ibdim Technical Approval Or A Certificate From An Independent Entity Authorized To Control Quality Confirming That The Delivered Product Can Be Legally Marketed And A Quality Certificate For Each Batch Of The Mixture Delivered, N) It Should Be Packed In Polyethylene Bags Weighing Up To 30 Kg And Delivered On Non-Returnable Pallets.3. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party About The Exact Delivery Date At Least Two Days In Advance. 5. The Contractor Provides All Necessary Materials, Means Of Transport, Equipment And People Necessary To Complete The Order. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers.
