The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Road Salt With Anti-Caking Agent (In Loose, Crystalline Form), In Bulk, In An Estimated Amount Of 1,200 Tons For Winter Maintenance Of Roads Managed By The Tarnobrzeg City Authority, With Transport And Unloading At The Square Of Tarnobrzeskiego Przedsiębiorstwo Komunalne Sp. Z O. O. In Tarnobrzeg At Ul. Dąbrówki 44.1) The Supplied Salt Should Meet The Requirements For Preparing A Sand-Salt Mixture Used In Sandblasters. The Supplied Salt With Anti-Caking Agent Must Not Contain Any Impurities And Should Also Meet The Pn-86/C-84081/02 Standard And Have The Following Parameters: A) Chemical Composition: - Nacl Min. 95%; - Anti-Caking Agent K4-Fe (Cn)6 - 3H2o (Potassium Ferrocyanide) Min. 20 Mg/Kg;- Humidity Max. 2%; - Content Of Substances Insoluble In Water - Max 4% B) Grain Composition: - Grains > 6.3 Mm < 10% - Grains < 1 Mm < 60% The Material Must Meet The Parameters Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of October 27, 2005 On The Types And Conditions Of Use Of Agents That May Be Used On Public Roads, Streets And Squares (Journal Of Laws Of 2005, No. 230, Item 1960). The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Request A Hygienic Certificate Issued By The National Hygienic Institute For The Offered Road Salt And A Current Opinion Of The Road And Bridge Research Institute Before Signing The Contract. 2) The Ordering Party May Order Testing Of The Delivered Batch Of Salt (Samples) In Order To Confirm That It Has The Required Parameters. Permissible Time Slot At From 7:00 A.M. To 2:00 P.M. 4) The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Reducing The Amount Of Road Salt Purchase By No More Than 40%. 5) Failure To Complete The Entire Number Of Deliveries During The Duration Of The Contract Does Not Result In The Ordering Partys Obligation To Collect The Unrealized Part Of The Deliveries, Or Any Claims For Compensation On The Part Of The Contractor For This Reason. 6) The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz.7) Order Completion Date And Method Of Execution - Road Salt: Deliveries Successively According To The Ordering Partys Needs, Deliveries Will Be Made In The Amount Of 25 Tons At A Time After Prior Notice Notification Of The Demand By The Ordering Party No Later Than 1 Day From Notification By Telephone Or E-Mail, But No Longer Than By March 31, 2027
