The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Light Fuel Oil Successively (In Batches) In An Amount Of Up To 70,000 Liters In The Heating Season 2026/2027, I.E. From The Date Of Conclusion Of The Contract To September 30, 2027. The Oil Must Have The Following Basic Parameters: • Calorific Value Greater Than 42 Mj/Kg 3/12 • Sulfur Content Not Higher Than 0.1% M/M • Density At 15 0C - Not More Than 860 Kg/M3 The Oil Must Meet The Following Quality Requirements: Light Fuel Oil Must Meet The Requirements Of The Polish Standard Pn-C-96024 Petroleum Products. Fuel Oils In The Field Of Light Fuel Oil L-1 Grade And The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Energy Of December 1, 2016 On Quality Requirements Regarding The Sulfur Content For Oils And The Types Of Installations And Conditions In Which Heavy Fuel Oils Will Be Used (Journal Of Laws Of 2016, Item 2008). Light Fuel Oil Is To Meet The Requirements Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Finance Of August 20, 2010 On Marking And Coloring Of Energy Products (Journal Of Laws Of 2010, No. 157, Item 1054).
