The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of A Multi-Family Residential Building (16 Turnkey Apartments), Which Includes The Full Scope Of Finishing Works And Accompanying Infrastructure. The Ordering Party Understands The Scope Of Turnkey Equipment As Excluding Movable Equipment (Furniture), Kitchen Equipment, Household Appliances, Lighting, Mirrors And Joinery. Location Of The Planned Investment - Silesian Voivodeship, Kozy Commune, Ul. Przecznia, Plot Number: 499/27. The Scope Of The Order Also Includes The Installation Of Two Rainwater Tanks With A Capacity Of 30,000 Liters Each And The Construction Of Parking Spaces And Hardening Of The Access Roads To The Building. The Building Is Designed Using Traditional Technology. Reinforced Concrete Foundations, Foundation Walls Made Of Concrete Blocks With Cement Mortar, Brick Walls Made Of Ceramic Hollow Bricks With Styrofoam Insulation. The Ceiling Above The Ground Floor Is Densely Ribbed, And The Ceiling Above The First Floor Is Wooden. Covering With Roofing Felt On Osb Boards. Moreover, The Ordering Party Informs That The Discrepancy In The Nomenclature Of The Procedure Documents - I.E. In The Technical Documentation And In The Model Design - Is Only Literal - The Name Of The Subject Of The Order In This Respect Is Different Than That Indicated In The Other Procedure Documents. This Change Does Not In Any Way Affect The Different Nature Of The Content Of The Procurement Documents - They Are All Consistent With Each Other In Terms Of Subject Matter And Technical/Technological Aspects. Moreover, The Ordering Party Informs That The Design Documentation Regarding The Subject Of The Order Covers The Entire Construction Of A Municipal Building Along With The Accompanying Infrastructure.
