The Subject Of The Order Is An Investment Task Consisting In The Construction Of A Fence For The Grazing Area For Sheep For The Implementation Of Project No. 1 Entitled: Reconstruction Of The Network Of Willow And Linden Alleys And Active Protection Of Insects By Restoring The Integrity Of Habitats And Preserving Biodiversity Based On The Description Of The Subject Of The Order With Annexes. The Order Will Be Completed On The Basis Of The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz) - Annex No. 7 To The Swz Specified In: A) Short Technical Documentation, B) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; C) Bill Of Quantities (Acting As An Auxiliary); D) Decision Of The Świętokrzyskie Provincial Conservator Of Monuments, Reference Number: Zatira.Ia.5152.25.2026.Mw; E) Decision Of The County Staroste Decision Of The County Office In Pińczów Sign: Ab.Vi.6743.457.2026; F) Schematic Drawing Of The Fence; G) Illustrative Drawing Of Gates; H) Map With The Location Of Areas I, Ii And Iii Along With The Marked Course Of The Fence. The Project Includes: - Work Related To The Dismantling Of The Old Fence, - Determination Of The Route The Course Of The New Fence; Carrying Out Works Related To Mowing Vegetation And Cutting Down Bushes Interfering With The Fence Route; Construction Of A New Mesh Fence; Conditions Of Work Implementation: 1) Construction Works Constituting The Subject Of The Investment Will Be Carried Out On Plots No. 533, 812, 813/1, 813/2, 815/1, 816/1 And 816/2, Stawiany Precinct, Kije Commune. The Plots Are Located Within The Boundaries Of The Special Natura 2000 Habitat Protection Area Ostoja Stawiany Plh260033, Established To Protect Valuable Natural Habitats And Plant And Animal Species. In The Area In Question There Are, Among Others: Xerothermic Grasslands - Natural Habitat 6210, Constituting One Of The Valuable Natural Elements Of The Natura 2000 Area. This Habitat Is Associated With Warm, Sunny And Relatively Dry Positions, And One Of The Important Ways Of Its Protection Is To Maintain Extensive Use, Including Controlled Grazing Of Farm Animals. The Area Covered By The Planned Fence Is Intended For Extensive Sheep Grazing, The Aim Of Which Is To Maintain The Proper Character Of Xerothermic Grasslands, Limit The Overgrowth Of The Area By Shrubs And Trees And Prevent Vegetation Succession. The Planned Fence Will Constitute An Element Of Infrastructure Aimed At Implementing Active Protection Of The Habitat. Due To The Location Of The Property Within The Natura 2000 Area And The Presence Of Valuable Natural Habitats, All Works Related To The Construction Of The Fence Should Be Carried Out With Particular Care And In A Way That Limits Interference With The Existing Vegetation And The Structure Of The Habitat.
