The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of A Storage Base Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 - Stage I.2.The Scope Of Works Includes The Execution Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Documentation, Swz, Contract And Applicable Regulations, Including In Particular: 1) Measurement Works 2) Removal Of The Topsoil Layer 3) Excavations And Aggregate Base For The Foundations 4) Construction Of Column Foundations With Embedding Of Prefabricated Reinforcement Elements And Anchor Bolts For The Columns 5) Execution Of Wall Ground Beams 6) Preparation And Installation Of Foundation Reinforcement 7) Assembly Of The Steel Structure Of The Building According To The Construction Specification 8) Construction Of Roof Covering From 120 Mm Thick Sandwich Panels9) Construction Of Wall Casing Insulated With 120 Mm Thick Sandwich Panels - Ral Color According To The Investor10) Execution Of System Flashings, Gutters And Downpipes11) Installation Of Roof Skylights12) Execution Of A 15 Cm Thick Cobblestone Base 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In Annex No. 1 To The Swz. It Consists Of The Following Documents: 1) Design Documentation, 2) Bill Of Quantities, Due To The Fact That The Contractors Remuneration Indicated In The Offer Will Be A Lump Sum, When Pricing The Offer, The Contractor Should Rely On The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.3.1) For The Scope Of Stage I Of The Investment Indicated In Point 4.2 Of The Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Is Of An Auxiliary Nature. The Occurrence, During The Implementation Of The Contract, Of Works Not Included In The Bill Of Quantities Or Works In A Larger Quantity Than That Accepted In The Bill Of Quantities Will Not Entitle The Contractor To Demand Additional Remuneration - If These Works Were Included In The Design Documentation Referred To In Point 4.3.1).
