1) The Subject Of The Order Are Road Construction Works With Stormwater Drainage Elements Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Bukowy Jar Street In Kolbudy. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Build, Among Others: The Main Road With A Surface Made Of Jomb Concrete Slabs (Provided By The Ordering Party), Approx. 240 Meters Long And 4 M Wide, And The Construction Of Sewage Channels And Stormwater Inlets. The Street Cross-Section Is Curbed In Sections. 2) Road Surface Structure: A) Wearing Course Yomb Multi-Hole Reinforced Concrete Slabs, Double-Reinforced, Thick. 12 Cm 0.75X 1.0 M, B) Foundation Made Of Crushed Aggregate, Thickness. 20 Cm,C) Subsoil Is>1.00.3) Roadside Structure: Crushed Aggregate 20 Cm Thick.4) The Road Surface Should Be Made Of Jomb Concrete Slabs Provided By The Ordering Party (Jomb Slabs Come From The Demolition Of The Road, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Loading, Unloading And Transport Of The Slabs To The Work Site At His Own Expense, Route Approximately 3 Km). The Scope Of The Contractors Obligations And The Conditions For Performing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 10 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Preparatory And Measurement Works, B) Securing The Construction Site, C) Trenching, D) Compacting The Subgrade For The Road Structure, E) Execution Of Road Construction Layers, F) Construction Of The Road Surface From Multi-Hole Concrete Slabs (Material Provided By The Ordering Party), G) Works Paving, H) Construction Of Roadsides From Crushed Aggregate, I) Construction Of Kd Elements, J) Adjustment Of Underground Infrastructure Along With Enveloping Valves And Wells From Concrete Paving Stones, K) Other Minor Road And Accompanying Works, L) Tidying Up The Area, M) Preparing As-Built Documentation.
