1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Installation Works Related To The Modernization Of Vocational Laboratories In The School Complex No. 1. Bolesław Krzywousty In Choszczno, Ul. Bolesława Chrobrego 31A, As Part Of The Project Entitled Additional Qualifications And Professional Qualifications Are My Ticket To The Labor Market - 3Rd Edition.2. The Scope Of The Order Includes In Particular: Renovation And Ongoing Maintenance Of The Premises Of The Existing Catering Workshop, Along With Construction, Finishing, Sanitary And Ventilation Works; Execution Of Electrical Installations, Including Power Supply For Induction Cookers In The Catering Workshop; Execution Of Electrical And Telecommunications Installations In The Logistics And It Workshop; Delivery And Assembly Of The Air Conditioning Installation In The Logistics And It Workshop And Performance Of All Accompanying Works Necessary For The Proper Completion And Commissioning Of The Installation. The Detailed Scope Is Determined By The Bills Of Quantities Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz And Other Technical Documentation Constituting Appendices To The Swz.3. Additional Information: 1) The Contractor Should Familiarize Himself With The Subject Of The Order And Include In The Offer Price All Costs Of Works Necessary For Their Proper Implementation, In Accordance With The Technology Specified In Polish Standards. 2) The Implementation Of Construction Works Must Meet The Applicable Technical, Construction And Legal Requirements Regarding The Facility And The Technology Of Performing The Works. When Executing The Order, In Particular, Regulations Regarding Fire Protection, Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Protection And Sanitary Protection Must Be Observed. When Performing The Works, Only Materials, Products And Devices Approved For Trading And Use May Be Used In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, Including The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended) And The Regulations On Construction Products, As Well As In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Order Documentation.3) The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using The Bill Of Quantities (Annex No. 8), With Which The Contractor Should Become Familiar With It. 4) The Contractor Secures The Work Site, In Particular Taking Into Account The Ordering Partys And Its Own Property. 5) The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Relationship, Persons Performing Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order, In Particular Demolition, Construction, Finishing, Sanitary, Ventilation And Electrical Works, If The Performance Of These Activities Involves Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Labor Code. The Requirement Does Not Apply To Persons Performing Independent Technical Functions In Construction Or To Persons Performing Activities As Part Of Their Business Activity, Unless The Nature Of The Act
