1. The Subject Of The Order Is Replacement Of The Electrical Installation Along With Ict Installation, Monitoring, Alarm And Air Conditioning Of The Premises Of The District Office In Świdnik At Ul. Niepodległości 13 – 1St And 2Nd Floors.2.Scope Of Works To Be Performed: Construction Works, Sanitary Works And Electrical Works Of The Building. Construction Works Include: Demolition Works: The Works Covered By The Specification Include All Activities Enabling And Aimed At Performing The Following Works: - Disassembly Of Door Joinery, - Removal Of Tiles On Walls, - Other Demolition Works, - Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Materials. Masonry Works - Installation Of Wooden Door Frames And Door Leaves, Subfloors And Floors.  Stoneware Tile Floors, Interior Plasters And Wall Cladding.  Facing Walls With Ceramic Tiles,  Covering Walls With Plasterboards,  Construction Of Suspended Ceilings In Corridors. Painting Works  Painting Walls And Ceilings With Emulsion Paint, Door Joinery  Delivery And Installation Of Internal Doors, Sanitary Works: In The Rooms Intended For Use, Air Conditioners Are Planned To Be Installed To Maintain A Reduced Temperature In The Summer And Air Heating In Winter. In The Bathrooms, Sanitary Utensils Will Be Replaced With New Ones And New Connections Will Be Made. Pipes Should Be Run Under Plaster Using Pe/Al/Pe Plastic Material For Water. All Utensils Should Have Shut-Off Valves For Isolation And Replacement. In The Case Of Sewage, It Is Assumed That Pvc Or Pp Pipes Will Be Used. When Laying Pipes, It Is Essential To Ensure Minimum Slopes. Everywhere In The Facility, The Existing Fittings Will Be Replaced With New Ones Adapted To The Installed Sanitary Devices (In Rooms Undergoing Renovation). Hot Water Will Be Supplied From Local Water Heaters Powered By Electricity. Heaters Are Located In Bathrooms. Additional Installation Of Water And Sewage Systems In Room 29 By Connecting To The Existing Installation Risers Located In Room 30. The Scope Of Work Includes Laying The Route Of Pipes Supplying Cold Water And A Gravity Drain Riser To The Sink, Maintaining The Required Technological Slopes, As Well As Installing And Connecting A Tap (Faucet) To The Sink Along With Drain And Overflow Fittings. All Approaches Should Be Completed With Shut-Off Valves And A Siphon, And After Completing The Installation, Leak Tests Of The Installation Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Construction Standards. Equipment: In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities.
