The Subject Of The Order Is The Modernization Of The Existing Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities In The Osir Building In Przasnysz. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of An Executive Design (Agreed At The District Sanitary And Epidemiological Station In Przasnysz In Terms Of Sanitary And Hygienic Requirements) And Visualization Of The Renovated Rooms Along With The Visualization Of The Furniture, 2) Demolition And Dismantling Works, 3) Construction Of Partitions Construction Works,4) Construction Works Consisting In Interior Finishing,5) Works Consisting In The Construction Of Sanitary Installations And Electrical Installations,6) Replacement Of Door Joinery,7) Carrying Out Tests And Measurements Of The Electrical Installation,8) Carrying Out Pressure Tests And Testing The Sanitary Installation,9) Construction Of Cloakroom Facilities (Cloakroom Lockers, Permanent Furniture, Warehouse Shelves). Note 1! Modernization Of The Existing Cloakroom And Sanitary Facilities Will Be Carried Out In A Functioning Facility, All Yards Should Be Planned Taking Into Account The Operation Of The Facility And Agreed With The Ordering Party And The Director Of Osir. Detailed Safety Requirements Are Included In Annex No. 5.1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order And In Annex No. 4 - Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. The Contractor Is Required To Organize Work Well And Limit The Inconvenience To Users To The Minimum Necessary. The Area Where The Works Will Be Performed Should Be Secured, Law And Order Should Be Maintained In The Area Where The Work Is Being Carried Out, And After The Work Is Completed, The Entire Area Should Be Tidied Up And All Equipment And Materials Removed From Places Used As Temporary Construction Facilities. Note 2! All Finishing Materials Used (Carpets, Paints, Suspended Ceilings, Doors) Must Have Valid Pzh Hygiene Certificates Allowing Their Use In Public Buildings, Fire Resistance Certificates And Anti-Slip Certificates. Note 3! The Number Of Cabinets Planned For Installation Must Correspond To The Number Of People Indicated On The Ground Floor Plan (Appendix 5.3)
