The Subject Of The Order Are Construction Works Entitled: Expansion, Reconstruction And Superstructure Of The Building Of The School And Kindergarten Complex With Internal Installations And Reconstruction Of The Water Supply Connection And Sanitary Sewage System In Wielkocza, On Plots No. 5/3 And 8/1 In Wielkocza, Sułoszowa Commune. The Existing Building Currently Serves An Educational Function - The Function Of The Facility, Its Use And Utility Program Remain Unchanged. The Building Of The School And Kindergarten Complex Is Located In Wielkoczy At Ul. Szkolna 55. The Building In Question Is A Free-Standing Structure, Composed Of Several Volumes In A U-Shaped Arrangement. The Complex Includes: - A Two-Story, Partially Basement Wing With Teaching Rooms Is Covered With A Hipped Roof, - A Single-Story Gymnasium Covered With A Gable Roof With An Angle Of Approx. 35°, - A Single-Story Part With Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities, Connecting The School With The Gymnasium, Consists Of Two Parts, Of Which One Is Covered With A Hipped Roof With A Different Angle Of Inclination - Approx. 5° And Approx. 8°, And The Other With A Gable Roof With An Angle Of Inclination Of Approx. 4°. The Elements Influencing The Change Of The Architectural Form Of The Building Are: Expansion Of The Existing Building With A New Part Inside The Courtyard With An Elevator Shaft In The North-Western Side Of The Building; Superstructure - Raising The Existing Roof Of The Part Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities Along With Changing The Angle Of The Roof Slope And Changing The Roof Slopes. The Investment Envisages The Expansion Of The Existing Building With A New Part Housing A Lecture Hall - On The Ground Floor, Classrooms On The First Floor And An Elevator Shaft For A Passenger Lift. The Body Of The Planned Extension Is Located In The Courtyard Of The Building, In Place Of The Existing Paved Surface And Grass. As Part Of The Planned Extension Of The Building With Sanitary And Cloakroom Facilities, It Is Planned To Change The Angle Of The Roof Slope To 5%, Due To The Need To Drain Rainwater From The Roof After The Courtyard Is Built. It Is Planned To Demolish The Existing Roof To The Ceiling Level And Then Insulate It With A Thickness Of 25 Cm And An Elbow Wall 41 Cm High.
