The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works Consisting In The Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 162037G In The Town Of Chotkowo, Borzytuchom Commune, As Part Of The Task Entitled Reconstruction Of Municipal Road No. 162037G In Chotkowo. The Reconstructed Road Section Is Approx. 293 M Long, And The Width Of The Designed Road Is 4.0-4.5 M. The Scope Of Works Includes: A. Measurement Works (Surveying Services) As Well As Preparatory And Demolition Works: Clearing Bushes And Undergrowth, Dismantling The Existing Road Surface From Cobblestones Along With Removing And Managing Demolition Materials In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities;B. Earthworks - Construction Of A Roadbed For The Structural Layers Of The Road And Exits, Along With Profiling And Compaction Of The Subgrade; C. Construction Of The Road Base And Exits From A Mixture Unbound With C50/30 Aggregate (Natural Crushed Aggregate Fraction 0/31.5 Mm) With A Thickness Of 20 Cm; D. Making A Road Surface Of Asphalt Concrete: A 6 Cm Thick Binding Layer And A 4 Cm Thick Wearing Course (After Compaction), Along With Cleaning And Sprinkling The Layers With Asphalt Emulsion; E. Construction Of Slopes With A Surface Made Of A C50/30 Non-Aggregate Mixture And Slopes With A Bituminous Surface; F. Replacement Of Existing Culverts And Protection Of Existing Power Cables With Two-Part Protective Pipes;G. Construction Of Roadsides From A Mixture Unbound With C50/30 Aggregate (Natural Crushed Aggregate Fraction 0/31.5 Mm) With A Thickness Of 10 Cm;H. Finishing Works: Desilting Of Existing Ditches, Spreading Fertile Soil And Making Sowing Lawns, And Setting Up Steel Protective Barriers. Detailed Construction And Material Solutions As Well As The Location Of The Works Are Specified In The Design Documentation (Construction Design) Together With Detailed Technical Specifications (Sst) And Bill Of Quantities, Constituting Annex No. 5 To The Swz. The Works Must Be Performed In Accordance With The Technical Documentation, Applicable Standards And Regulations, And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge.2. The Subject Of The Order Was Not Divided Into Parts. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers.
