1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services To The Specialist Gynecological And Obstetrics Hospital In Wałbrzych In The Field Of: A) 24-Hour Feeding Of Hospitalized Patients Based On The Kitchen Located In The Ordering Partys Facility, Along With The Lease Of Rooms And The Distribution Of Meals To Individual Departments Of The Hospital, Serving To The Patients Bed And Collecting Dishes From Patients After Consumption; B) Running A Public Buffet Along With The Lease Of Rooms.2.The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Service Only At The Ordering Partys Headquarters And Only To The Ordering Party. The Contractor May Prepare Meals Outside The Ordering Partys Premises In Special Situations (Renovation, Breakdown) Only With The Ordering Partys Consent.3.The Contractor Will Provide A Comprehensive Service Of Feeding Patients According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Reported Diet: A) 3 Main Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner) And Additional Meals As Needed (2Nd Breakfast, Lunch, Night Meal).
