1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Development, Printing And Delivery Of A Guide To The Birds Of The Lower Odra Valley.2. Common Procurement Vocabulary Cpv:79822000-2 - Storage Services;71354000-4 - Mapping Services79823000-9 - Printing And Delivery Services.3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. The Offer Must Cover The Execution Of The Entire Subject Of The Order.4. The Ordering Party Indicates The Following Reasons For Not Dividing The Contract Into Parts (Article 91(2) Of The Public Procurement Act): - The Contract Was Not Divided Into Parts Due To The Homogeneous Nature Of The Service Constituting The Subject Of The Contract. This Service Must Be Provided Comprehensively To Maintain The Purpose It Is Intended To Serve, I.E. Production And Delivery Of A Publication With Specific Content And Form. Moreover, Division Into Parts Would Not Bring Any Benefits In The Form Of Saving Public Funds, And Would Require The Ordering Party To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors (E.G. Project Contractor, Printing House, Etc.), Which Could Jeopardize The Proper Execution Of The Contract. 5. Requirement Of Employment Based On An Employment Contract. 1) Pursuant To Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Act, The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor Or Sub-Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing The Following Activities Within The Scope Of The Contract: - Printing Guides; - Packing Printed Guides.2) The Employment Referred To In Point 1 Should Last Throughout The Period Of Performance Of The Activities To Which It Relates. 3) The Employment Referred To In Point 1 Applies Only To Persons Directly Performing The Above-Mentioned Works. It Does Not Apply To Persons Who Manage The Above-Mentioned Activities. Work By Other People. 4) Requirements Regarding The Method Of Documenting The Employment Of The Above-Mentioned Persons, The Employers Rights To Control The Contractors Compliance With These Requirements And The Sanctions For Failure To Meet Them Are Specified In Detail In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz.6. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Service, Including All Products, Services And Processes Used To Complete The Order, Both As Main Elements And Components, Elements Of The Delivery/Service Environment Or Accompanying Solutions, Does Not Include: 1) The Ict Product, Ict Service Or Ict Process Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 33 Section 4 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security; 2) Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supplier As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67B Section 15 Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Nor The Ict Services Or Ict Processes Specified In This Decision.
