1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Implementation By The Contractor Of The Task Titled: Collection Of Municipal Waste From Non-Residential Properties Of The Municipality Of Oborniki In 2027. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Municipal Waste Collection Services From Uninhabited Properties In The Oborniki Commune In The Field Of Municipal Waste, A Detailed List Of Which Is Attached As Annex No. 1 To Opz.2. The Collection Service Covers The Following Types Of Municipal Waste: (I) Mixed Waste - Waste Code: 20 03 01; (Ii) Plastics*; (Iii) Metals*; (Iv) Multi-Material Packaging*; (V) Glass - Waste Code: 15 01 07 Or 20 01 02; (Vi) Paper - Waste Code: 15 01 01 Or 20 01 01;(Vii) Bio-Waste - Waste Code: 20 02 01 Or 20 01 08.*, Provided That Separately Collected Municipal Waste Listed In Points (Ii)-(Iv) Will Be Collected Together As The Metals And Plastics Fraction - Waste Code: 15 01 02 Or 20 01 39.3.The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constitutes Annex No. 4 To The Swz And Annexes No. 1-3 To The Above-Mentioned Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Which Include A List Of Properties Covered By The Subject Of The Order, A Template Of The Waste Collection Schedule Provided For The Properties And A Template Of A Monthly Report. 4. Detailed Information On How To Implement The Subject Of The Order Is Described In The Contract Template - Attached As Annex No. 5 To Swz.5.The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 91 Section 2 Of The Pzp, Informs That It Has Not Divided The Order Into Parts. Division Of The Contract Into Parts Is Unacceptable In The Light Of The Provisions Of Art. 6 Section 1C Of The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 399), Which States That The Provisions Of The Agreement Referred To In Article 6(1)(2) Of The Above-Mentioned Act Ensure The Collection Of All Municipal Waste Fractions In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Regulations And In The Manner Specified In The Regulations Issued Pursuant To Article 4C(1) The Above-Mentioned Act. For This Reason, These Proceedings Have Not Been Divided Into Parts.
