1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase Of A Mobile Power Generator (On A Transport Trailer) With A Minimum Power Of 250 Kva Carried Out As Part Of The National Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026. - In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz2.The Subject Of The Order Referred To In Section 1 Includes The Purchase And Delivery Of 1 Set Of Mobile Generator (On A Transport Trailer) With A Power Of Min. 250 Kva.3.All Documents Describing The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary In The Sense That In The Event Of Any Discrepancies, Ambiguity Or Ambiguity, The Contractor Cannot Limit The Scope Of His Obligations Arising From The Contract Regarding The Awarded Public Procurement. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Equipment That Is Brand New, Of Appropriate Quality, In Good Working Order, Free From Any Physical Defects As Well As From Any Legal Defects And Claims Of Third Parties, Unused And Not Exhibited. 5. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order At His Own Expense And Risk To The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party. 6. The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver The Subject Of The Order, New, Unused, Free From Physical And Legal Defects And To Provide Documentation Regarding The Delivered Subject Of The Order.
