1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Waste Collection And Management Services From The Municipal Cemetery In Ostrowiec Świętokrzyski, At Ul. Długa 8 Along With The Lease Of Containers In The Period From November 1, 2026 To November 30, 2027. 2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: A) Delivery And Arrangement Of The Necessary Number Of Containers And Waste Containers Legally At The Contractors Disposal, In The Following Quantities: 50 Pcs. Of 2.5 M3 Containers For Other Non-Biodegradable Waste, 2 Bell-Type Containers With A Capacity Of 2.5 M3 For Paper And Cardboard Fraction Waste, 3 Bell-Type Containers With A Capacity Of 2.5 M3 For Plastic And Metal Fraction Waste, 6 Bell-Type Containers With A Capacity Of 1.5 M3 And 30 Containers With A Capacity Of 240 L For Glass Fraction Waste, 1 Container With A Capacity Of 19 M3 Of Biodegradable Waste Delivered At The Request Of The Ordering Party. B) Emptying Containers And Collecting Collected Waste From The Municipal Cemetery At Each Request Of The Ordering Party At Least Once A Month, C) Removing Containers And Containers From The Municipal Cemetery After Completion Of The Order, D) Carrying Out In Accordance With Applicable Regulations Law, Throughout The Entire Period Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, Records Of Received, Collected And Managed Waste. E) Type And Code Of Waste: 20 02 03 - Other Non-Biodegradable Waste (E.G. Used Traditional Candles, Artificial Flowers, Wreaths);20 01 01 / 15 01 01 - Paper And Cardboard / Packaging Made Of Paper And Cardboard;20 01 39 / 15 01 02 / – Plastics / Plastic Packaging;15 01 06 - Mixed Packaging Waste 20 01 02 / 15 01 07 – Glass / Glass Packaging;20 02 01 – Biodegradable Waste (E.G. Green Bio-Waste, Live Flowers, Leaves). Waste Codes Are Determined According To The Actual Origin, Nature And Composition, In Accordance With The Waste Catalog. The Correct Classification Of Waste According To The Waste Catalog And The Assignment Of Appropriate Codes Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor In Accordance With The Waste Act. Detailed Rules For Documenting Collection And Settlement Are Specified In Opz.3. The Estimated Amount Of Waste Collection During The Duration Of The Order Is: A) Residues After Cleaning Graves And Their Surroundings In Total 1,722 M3, Including: Other Non-Biodegradable Waste - 1,600 M3 Waste Of The Paper, Cardboard Fraction - 23 M3 Waste Of The Plastic And Metal Fraction - 35 M3 Waste Of The Glass Fraction - 64 M3 B) Biodegradable Waste - 30 Tone.4. The Contractor Collects Waste In The Quantities Actually Ordered, Maintaining The Guaranteed Minimum Quantities And Not Exceeding The Maximum Quantities For Each Fraction. The Maximum Scope Is: 1,600 M³ Of Other Non-Biodegradable Waste, 23 M³ Of Paper And Cardboard, 35 M³ Of Plastics And Metals, 64 M³ Of Glass And 30 Tons Of Bio-Waste And 15 Trips Of A 19 M³ Container.
