The Subject Of The Order Are Services In The Preparation Of Draft Decisions On The Conditions Of Development And Land Development, Together With An Analysis Of The Area Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 538, As Amended) And Implementing Regulations To The Act - For Projects Located In The Morąg Commune, Whereby: • The Location Of The Public Purpose Investment Is Determined In By Way Of A Decision On The Location Of A Public Purpose, • The Method Of Land Development And Development Conditions For Other Investments Are Determined By Way Of A Decision On Development Conditions. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: A) Preparation Of Draft Decisions On Development Conditions And Decisions On Determining The Location Of Public Purpose Investments, Hereinafter Referred To As Decisions In Accordance With The Applicable Provisions Of The Act Of March 27, 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 538, As Amended), The Regulation Of The Minister Of Finance And Economy Of September 7, 2026 On Markings And Nomenclature Used In The Decision To Determine The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment And In The Decision On Development Conditions (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 1191) And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of July 15, 2024 On The Method Of Determining Requirements For New Development And Land Development In The Absence Of A Local Spatial Development Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1116), And Also Draft Decisions Amending The Above-Mentioned Decisions In The Amount Of Approximately 1,200 Items (Including Approximately 1,170 Draft Decisions On Determining The Development Conditions, Approximately 22 Draft Decisions On Determining The Location Of A Public Purpose Investment, Approximately 6 Amendments To The Decisions On The Development Conditions And Approximately 2 Draft Decisions On The Development Conditions For Residential Buildings With A Development Area Of ​​Up To 70 M2); B) Carrying Out The Analysis Referred To In Art. 53 Section 3 Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development And Carrying Out The Analysis Referred To In The Above-Mentioned.
