Part No. 1 – Purchase Of 2 Power Generators With A Power Of 75 To 100 Kw1.The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Trial Run Of 2 Pieces Of Power Generators With A Power Of 75 To 100 Kw. 2. Place Of Delivery - Water Treatment Plant In Mnichus And Ozimek Ul. Polna.3.Basic Technical Parameters:• Each Generator Must Have A Rated Active Power Of Prp (Prime Power) In The Range Of 75 Kw To 100 Kw, In Accordance With Iso 8528-1, In The Edition Appropriate For The Device Offered, Or An Equivalent Standard. The Prp Power Must Be Confirmed By The Technical Documentation Of The Generator Set Manufacturer. With A Rated Power Factor Cos Φ = 0.8, The Apparent Power Corresponding To The Active Power Must Be In The Range From 93.75 Kva To 125 Kva.• The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide In The Offer The Prp Power In Kw And Kva, The Rated Power Factor And The Rated Conditions For Which These Parameters Were Determined. It Is Not Allowed To Demonstrate Compliance With The Requirement Solely In Terms Of Esp, Ltp Or Other Power Category.• Rated Voltage: 400/230 V.• Rated Frequency: 50 Hz.• Power Factor: Cos Φ = 0.8.• Engine Speed: 1500 Rpm.• Diesel Engine, Four-Stroke, Fueled By Diesel Oil, Cooled. Liquid.• The Engine Is Equipped With A Rotational Speed Control System That Ensures Maintaining The Required Frequency Parameters With Variable Load On The Unit. Mechanical Or Electronic Regulators Are Allowed.• The Generator Must Be Equipped With An Automatic Voltage Regulator Avr. The Steady-State Voltage Regulation Accuracy Shall Not Be Less Than ±1% Of The Rated Value, With The Measurement Conditions, Load Range And Power Factor Specified By The Manufacturer. The Contractor Is Obliged To Present The Manufacturers Documentation Confirming Compliance With The Requirement.• The Units Must Be Equipped With A Cooling Liquid Heating System And An Automatic Starter Battery Charger, Ensuring That They Are Ready To Start When The Device Is Stopped. These Systems Should Be Adapted To Be Powered By An External Source Of Electricity. • The Generators Must Be Adapted To Year-Round Operation Outdoors, In The Climatic Conditions Occurring In Poland, In The Ambient Temperature Range From −25°C To +45°C, Using Equipment Intended By The Manufacturer To Operate In Such Conditions. The Requirement Includes The Ability To Safely Start And Operate The Device In The Above Temperature Range, Using Equipment Intended By The Manufacturer To Work In Such Conditions, In Particular The Coolant Heating System, Appropriate Starting Batteries And Other Elements Necessary To Ensure Starting Readiness. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Offer The Required Additional Equipment, Start-Up Conditions And Possible Operational And Power Limitations Resulting From The Ambient Temperature, In Accordance With The Manufacturers Documentation.
