The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of A Power Generator Along With Transport, Unloading And Bringing In The Manner And Place Indicated By The Ordering Party To The Polish Baptism Monument Hospital In Gniezno, For Which The Ordering Party Is Applying For Funding From A Special-Purpose Subsidy From The State Budget Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026 For The Implementation Of Tasks In Area Ii Logistic Security I Ensuring Continuity Of Supply: Ii.2.2. Obtaining Energy Autonomy Of Public Utility Facilities With The Possibility Of Temporary Accommodation Of People And Staff Of The Third Party Liability Insurance And The Polish Armed Forces. - Purchase Of A Generator With Min. Prp Rated Power 655 Kva / 524 Kw2.The Contractor May Submit Only One Offer.3.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex No. 2 To The Swz, Which Specifies The Minimum Required Quality And Technical/Functional Parameters That The Subject Of The Order Delivered By The Contractor Must Meet. The Contractor May Offer The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Minimum Requirements Or With Higher Parameters.4.The Requirements Related To The Execution Of The Order And The Warranty Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.5.The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty On The Subject Of The Order For A Period Of At Least 12 Months. The Warranty Period Starts From The Date Of Receipt Of The Delivery Item. The Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Order Is The Criterion For Evaluating The Offers. The Method Of Evaluating Offers In This Criterion Is Described In Part Xviii Of The Swz. The Contractor Will Be Liable To The Ordering Party Under The Warranty For Defects In The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Equal To The Warranty Period Determined On The Basis Of The Contractors Offer (Within The Limits Described Above), But Not Shorter Than The Warranty Period Resulting From The Provisions Of The Civil Code.6.Requirements Related To The Execution Of The Order: 1) The Ordering Party Stipulates That The Offered Equipment Must Come From Official Distribution Channels. 2) The Generator Should Be Manufactured No Later Than 2026, Be Operational And Have The Equipment Necessary For Functional Operation. The Ordering Party Requires That The Instructions For The Ordered Goods Be In Polish. 3) The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivery Item Delivered By The Contractor Be Brand New, Complete, Functional, Unused Before, Without Any Physical Or Legal Defects Or Those That Limit The Possibility Of Its Proper Use, Along With Instructions In Polish, Warranty Cards, Current Approvals And Certificates For Safety And Compliance With The Requirements Of Polish And European Standards. The Ordering Party Excludes The Delivery Of Post-Exhibition Equipment. 4) The Delivered Devices Should Have A Manufacturers Warranty. 5) When Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Identify The Equipment (
