The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Equipment For Sensory And Motor Activities For The Facility Of The Municipal Nursery Complex In Lublin, I.E. Nursery No. 2 In Lublin Located At Ul. Okrzei 11. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Price Estimate Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz. The Subject Of The Order Delivered By The Contractor Must Be New And Unused. The Ordering Party Allows The Submission Of Partial Offers For One Or More Parts Listed In This Specification, The Number Of Parts Being 3. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Incomplete (Partial) Offers Within A Given Part. A Contractor Submitting An Offer To Perform More Than One Part Should Include In The Offer The Conditions For Performing Each Part Of The Order (Task) Separately. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify The Maximum Number Of Parts For Which The Contractor May Submit An Offer. The Ordering Party Consents To The Contractor Submitting An Offer For All Parts, Or Some Of Them At The Contractors Discretion. Each Offered Piece Of Equipment Must Correspond To The Item Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Price Estimate - Annex No. 2 To The Swz) And The Classification Adopted For The Task In The Program Documentation As The Main Device Or Complementary Accessory, Assigned To The Appropriate Sensory Sphere. It Is Unacceptable To Change The Type, Class Or Assignment Of An Element Without The Prior Consent Of The Ordering Party. Upon Request, The Contractor Will Present Documents Confirming The Parameters, Intended Use, Safety And Compliance Of The Offered Product With The Order Requirements. The Equipment And Devices That Are The Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Including The Standards, Technical Parameters, Safety And Ergonomics Requirements Indicated Therein. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Refers To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications Or Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Equivalent Solutions, Provided That The Contractor Demonstrates That The Offered Products Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party To An Equivalent Degree.
