Slurry Motor Pump - Creation And Maintenance Of Civil Protection Resources In The Commune Area And Infrastructure Necessary To Implement Civil Protection And Civil Defense Tasks (Investment Tasks) Of The Jabłonka Commune.2.As Part Of The Execution Of The Order In Question, The Contractor Will Purchase Equipment In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order, Hereinafter Referred To As Opz, Constituting Annex No. 8 To Swz.3.The Subject Of The Order Should Be Delivered To The Commune Office In Jabłonka, Ul. 3-Go Maja 1, 34-480 Jabłonka.4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Include All Activities And Works Related To The Delivery Of The Subject Of The Order Offered By The Contractor, Necessary For The Proper Functioning Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Its Intended Purpose, In The Price Of The Offer.5.The Offered Subject Of The Order Must Meet The Requirements Specified In This Swz.6.The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Subject Of The Contract - For A Minimum Period Of 24 Months And A Maximum Of 36 Months - Counting From The Date Of Signing The Acceptance Protocol By The Ordering Party.
