The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply, Installation, Configuration, Commissioning And Specialist Instruction Of Cameras At The Metropolitan Police Headquarters, Hereinafter Referred To As The Assortment.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Provided In Chapter. Xix Swz And Annex No. 7 Swz.3.The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee For A Period Of Min. 36 Months (Min. 36), Counted From The Date Of Signing The Delivery Quality Acceptance Report By The Parties Without Any Comments.4.The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty For Defects In The Assortment For A Period Of Min. 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Quality Acceptance Report Of The Delivery. The Warranty Period Cannot Be Shorter Than The Warranty Period.5.The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Ict Products Do Not Include: 1) Ict Products Indicated In The Recommendation Referred To In Art. 34(4) Of The Act Of 5 July 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System, Stating Their Negative Impact On The Fundamental Interest Of State Security;2) An Ict Product, The Type Of Which Was Specified In The Decision On Recognizing The Supply As A High-Risk Supplier, Referred To In Art. 67 B Section 15 Of The Act Of July 5, 2018 On The National Cybersecurity System; Failure To Meet The Above Requirement Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 17 Or Point 19 Of The Public Procurement Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 793, As Amended).6.The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Submission Of The Said Evidence Along With The Offer.7.The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate In The Contractors Offer In The Table The Manufacturer And The Name, Model Or Other Data Clearly Identifying The Offered Product Range. If The Offer Does Not Include Data Clearly Identifying The Offered Product Range, The Ordering Party Will Reject The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 5 Of The Act. The Name Manufacturer Should Be Understood As The Name Of The Company Under Which The Offered Product Is Sold Or Of The Entrepreneur Placing The Goods On The Market In The Eu. The Contractor Cannot Change The Offered Manufacturer, Type Or Model After Submitting The Offer.8.The Ordering Party Allows The Execution Of Part Of The Order To Be Entrusted To A Subcontractor.9.The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In The Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance Will Be Entrusted To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.10. Deadline For Order Completion: 1) By December 15, 2026 In The Scope Of Delivery To The Ordering Party Of All Elements Of The Assortment, In Accordance With The List Resulting From Annexes No. 3 And 6 To The Agreement 2) By March 31, 2027 In The Scope Of Conducting Instructions And Carrying Out Activities Involving Installation, Configuration And Commissioning (Installation Activities).
