Tenders are invited for Event Management, Production and Exhibition Services. Tender Description Event Management, Production, and Exhibition Services The purpose of this assignment is to engage a qualified service provider to manage the planning, design, production, logistics, set-up, on-site coordination, and dismantling of a joint closing event and public exhibition for the two initiatives. The event will combine a short formal closing programme with an interactive public exhibition showcasing project achievements, participants stories, and products developed or supported through the projects. It will provide an opportunity to celebrate the initiatives results, highlight the experiences of participating producers and businesses, and promote connections with relevant stakeholders, traders, potential buyers, and the wider public. Approximately 36 beneficiary booths will be established to showcase fresh agricultural products, processed food, honey, sweets, soaps, and other locally produced goods. Participating producers, businesses, and cooperatives will have the opportunity to display and sell their products, present their work, and engage directly with visitors and potential market partners. The exhibition will feature 36 participating producers and businesses from across the West Bank, mainly from the northern and southern areas. They offer a diverse range of fresh agricultural products, processed food, honey, sweets, soaps, and other locally produced goods, with varying production capacities, seasonal availability, and existing market connections. These producers and businesses will supply products for display and, where applicable, sampling at the exhibition. They will be the primary target group for the consultancys market-linkage efforts, which aim to connect them with relevant traders, buyers, and businesses and open potential commercial opportunities beyond the exhibition. Oxfam and its partners will coordinate the identification, invitation, and engagement of relevant stakeholders, guests, traders, and other market actors, in coordination with the designated project focal points. The service provider will support the practical arrangements for the participation of invitees and the delivery of both the formal closing ceremony and the public exhibition, ensuring a well-organized event that encourages engagement, visibility, product promotion, and networking opportunities. The service provider is encouraged to propose creative and practical ideas that enhance the event experience, visibility, and engagement of participants and visitors. Any additional proposals must be feasible within the approved budget and are subject to Oxfams prior approval. All designs, communication materials and public-facing content developed under this assignment shall be subject to Oxfams review and approval before production or use.
