Potential Bidders are also welcome to visit Yap State Public Service Corporation (YSPSC), Yap, FSM during the bid period, between 20 August 2026 to 19 November 2026, to familiarize themselves with local conditions, the site, available resources, and the logistics of transportation and construction on the island. All registered bidders will be provided with the video-conferencing link to access and join the pre-bid meeting seven days in advance. Attendance is not mandatory but highly recommended. Nonattendance will not be cause for disqualification. 8.
