Tenders are invited for Supply & Delivery of Truck Mounted Crane Bid Security or Cash Deposit Required Each: 230,000.00 5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Eng. (Ms.) J.A.N.N.K. Jayakodi, Director/EMS, Construction Equipment Training Centre (CETRAC) via jimanthi@gmail.com and inspect the Procurement Documents at the Supplies Division, from 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on normal working days from 13.10.2026 to 23.10.2026, 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. 6. Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on 21.10.2026 at 10.30 a.m. at CIDA Conference Room (123, Savsiripaya, Wijerama Mawatha, Colombo 07). 7. Qualifications requirements are mentioned below. Minimum consecutive Ten (10) years experience in supplying of construction machinery to government/semi government or private institution of same Make and Type of construction machines offered under this bid document. Last five years experience of supply of same make and type construction machineries to the Government Institution at least four times within the time period. The bidder shall submit the Manufacturers details and Manufacturers Authorization to bid for the same brand in Sri Lanka. The bidder shall hold the local agency of the respective manufacturer for at least last 5 years. Manufacturer shall have been accredited ISO 9001:2008 quality assurance certificates for design and manufacture of the machineries and valid copy of same shall be submitted with the bid. Additional details are provided in the Procurement Documents. 8. A complete set of Procurement Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written request to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee Rs. 8,000.00. The method of payment will be cash payment for the shroff of CIDA. 9. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 26.10.2026 at 2.30 p.m. Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend at the address below on 26.10.2026 at 2.30 p.m. The sealed outer cover enclosing the separate original and duplicate envelopes should be marked "Supply & Delivery of Brand-New Construction Machinery & Equipment for CIDA" on the upper left-hand corner.
