Tenders are invited for Supply and Renewal of Microsoft Office 365 E3 and Commvault Backup Licenses. The Central Electricity Board is inviting proposals from eligible and qualified Bidders, limited to citizens of Mauritius or entities incorporated in Mauritius, through the Government e-Procurement System for the Supply and Renewal of Microsoft Office 365 E3 and Commvault Backup Licenses. Bidding documents may be downloaded from the e-Procurement System https://eproc.publicprocurement.govmu.org. Reference Number on the system is CEB/IFB/2026/11682. Bids shall be submitted online on the e-Procurement System by Tuesday 10 November 2026 at 13.30 hours (Local time) at latest. Bidders submitting bids online by the closing date and time shall decrypt and re-encrypt their bids on Tuesday 10 Novemer 2026 as from 15.01 hours (Local time) till Wednesday 11 November 2026 at 13.30 hours. Bids will be opened online in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who choose to attend at the address given hereunder on Wednesday 11 November 2026 as from 13.45 hours.
