It Extends To Approximately 4,750 M², Equivalent To Approximately 0.47 Hectares.The Base Of The Site Comprises Cast In-Situ Concrete With Sealed Joints.The Site Is Not Currently Connected To Surface-Water Drainage Or Other Utility Services.
