The Fulfillment Includes The Dismantling Of Existing Game Elements, New Game Elements, The Necessary Safety And Impact Surfaces, Fencing Of The Entire Area, Related Work, Implementation Technical Documentation And Post-Installation Inspection.The Result Of The Completion Must Be A Safe, Completed And Operable Publicly Accessible Playground. The Order Is Entered As A Single Unit; Partial Fulfillment Is Not Allowed.Functional Requirements, Technical Report With Current And Expected Status, Photographs, Situation Background, Orientation Visualization And Offer Forms Are Contained In Annex No. 5. Price Form No. 5B Is Included. The Client Allows A Different Technical Solution Compared To The Indicative Design, As Long As It Preserves The Character, Required Functions And Numbers Of Game Elements, Metal Supporting Structures, Safety And Feasibility In The Designated Space. Dimensions And Structural Design Marked As Indicative, Non-Load-Bearing Materials, Motifs, Color And Layout Can Be Adjusted By The Supplier. Fulfillment Of Binding Functional Requirements Will Be Evidenced By A Concrete Solution Already In The Offer.
