The Rotterdam The Hague Metropolitan Region (Mrdh) Is Looking For A Good Registration From A Bicycle Sharing Provider For A Pilot For A Regional Public Bicycle Sharing System. This Is A System Consisting Of Electric Shared Bicycles And Shared Bicycles Without Pedal Assistance. The Mrdh Wishes To Grant A Concession Contract For The Pilot For A Regional Bicycle Sharing System For A Period Of 3 Years, With The Option To Extend Twice By One Year. The Mrdh Is Issuing This Public Tender To Award This Concession Contract. It Is A Joint Tender. The Mrdh Acts As Contracting Authority And Secretary In This Tender, Also On Behalf Of The Following Municipalities: Delft, The Hague, Lansingerland, Leidschendam-Voorburg, Pijnacker-Nootdorp, Rijswijk, Wassenaar And Zoetermeer. The Estimated Value Of The Contract For Three Years, Excluding User Payments And Excluding Research Projects, Is € 1,500,000 Excl. Vat, Price Level January 1, 2027. The Estimated Value Of The Research Projects During The Three Years Is € 1,200,000 Excl. Vat. The Estimated Value Of The Two Options For Extending The Concession By One Year Each Is A Total Of 40% Of The Estimated Value Of The Contract Plus 40% Of The Value Of The Research Projects. The Value Of The Contract, Excluding Payments For User Use And Including Research Projects And Including Extension Options, Is € 3,780,000, Excluding Vat, Price Level January 1, 2027. The Margins With Regard To The Value Of Payments For User Use Estimated By The Contracting Authority During The Term Of The Concession Are As Follows: A Low Estimate Of Payments By Users, Based On A Concession Period Of Three Years (I.E. Without Extensions), Using The Minimum Rates From The Calculation Table And With User Numbers Of 0.5 Rides Per Bicycle Per Day Is € 1.6 Million. An Estimate Of Payments By Users, Based On A Three-Year Concession Period Supplemented With Two Extensions Of One Year Each, And With Higher Rates And Higher User Numbers, Is Considerably Higher.
